大灣區近年已發展成為全球新能源與人工智能（AI）的創科重鎮。為拓展同學們的科技視野，本中心特別籌辦本次北上考察團，帶領學生深入智能出行變革的行業龍頭 —— 小鵬汽車（XPENG）位於廣州智能製造基地參觀 ! 🏭

同學們將在專人導賞下，參觀小鵬智能製造基地 ，深入了解最前沿的 AI 科技概念與未來智能出行發展 ，更還會參觀汽車生產線，親眼目睹現代化「未來工廠」的實際運作和自動化生產過程，絕對能讓你大開眼界！🚙🔋

⊹ 本次活動於廣州進行，參加者需持有附有照片並有效的旅行及出入境證件。如確認報名後因個人證件問題而最終無法成行，本中心恕不負責。

⊹ 歡迎家長陪同參與，名額視乎實際情況而定。如家長有意隨行，需繳付預計每位港幣 1,200 元的費用（具體金額有待確認）。有意隨行的家長請聯絡本中心職員。

⊹ 本次活動費用已包含來回交通、門票、午膳、基本旅遊保險及其它所有相關費用。如參加者因個人需要或有任何額外特別保險需求，可自行另外購買保險。個人所需之額外費用，敬請自理。

 ⊹本次活動將安排隨團工作人員全程跟進，協調出團工作，並會安排持牌專業領隊全程跟隨。

⊹ 為保障大家的人身安全並確保活動順利，所有參加者必須全程緊跟隊伍，並嚴格聽從隨團工作人員及領隊的指示。 參觀工廠期間切勿擅自離隊或觸碰任何生產設備。

Guangzhou Tech Expedition: XPENG Car Manufacturing Factory Tour 🤖🚗

The Greater Bay Area has rapidly emerged as a global hub for new energy and Artificial Intelligence (AI). To broaden students' technological horizons, this study tour will take students deep into the heart of an industry leader in the smart mobility revolution—the XPENG Guangzhou Smart Manufacturing Base! 🏭 🏭

Led by a professional guide, students will tour the XPENG Smart Manufacturing Base to gain an in-depth understanding of cutting-edge AI concepts and the future of smart mobility. Furthermore, students will visit the automobile production line to witness firsthand the actual operations and automated production processes of a modern "factory of the future." It will definitely be an eye-opening experience! 🚙🔋

*Lunch will be provided at this outing. Please notify us of any food preferences or allergies at least 3 days before the activity.

⊹ This activity will be conducted in Mandarin.

⊹ This event will take place in Guangzhou, China. Participants are required to hold valid travel and immigration documents. Our center will not be held responsible if a participant is ultimately unable to travel due to personal document issues after their registration is confirmed.

⊹ Should parents wish to tag along, they are welcome to join, subject to availability. An estimated fee of HKD 1,200 (to be confirmed) will apply per accompanying parent. Parents interested in joining the tour, please contact our staff.

 ⊹ The cost of this event includes round-trip transportation within the journey, admission tickets to spots and all other relevant expenses. Please note that individual expenses that is not included in the itinerary will not be covered.

 ⊹ Lunch will be arranged. Should there be any special dietary requirements or food allergy, please let us know in advance so as to co-ordinate with the restaurants.

 ⊹ 2-3 ASHK Education Team members will be assigned to co-ordinate the logistical arrangement on event day. At least 1 licensed tour guide will also be present to ensure safety and smooth operation of the event.

 ⊹ Basic travel insurance is purchased for tour participants. Participants may purchase additional individual insurance if necessary.

• Please ensure your travel documents are valid for travel.

• Please bring along your ELA passport. You can also bring along your own snacks and water bottle.

Important Notes:
1. Registrations for outings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through drawing lots. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw.
2. Unsuccessful registrants will be placed on a waitlist in sequential order. Once there are vacancies, they will be filled by waitlisted participants accordingly.
3. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the activity date. Upon receiving the confirmation, participants should settle the payment within 72 hours to secure the place. ASHK reserves the right to release the quota if participants fail to pay in time.

2. 抽籤落選者將按順序列入輪候名單，如有名額釋出將依序遞補。
3. 成功報名者將於活動日兩週前收到確認電郵。 收到電郵後需於 72 小時內完成繳費以確認名額。若未按時繳費，本中心有權釋出該名額。
